摘　　要：在乡村振兴的战略背景下,城乡居民消费的升级对农产品冷链物流提出了更高的要求。近年来国内冷链物流市场快速增长,但冷链物流设施建设滞后,存在明显的短板,已不能适应农产品市场的流通需求。河北省农产品生产具有重要的战略地位,在对河北省农产品冷链物流建设现状进行调研总结的基础上,从规划布局、技术标准、信息化建设、创新模式和构建冷链物流体系等方面提出了推进河北省冷链物流建设的对策和建议。Under the strategic background of rural revitalization,the upgrading of consumption of urban and rural residents has put forward higher requirements for the cold chain logistics of agricultural products.In recent years,the domestic cold chain logistics market has grown rapidly,but the construction of cold chain logistics facilities lags behind,and there are obvious shortcomings,which can no longer meet the circulation needs of the agricultural product market.The production of agricultural products in Hebei province has an important strategic position.Based on the investigation and summary of the current situation of agricultural products cold chain logistics construction in Hebei province,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of cold chain logistics in Hebei province from the aspects of planning and layout,technical standards,information construction,innovative mode and construction of cold chain logistics system.
