摘　　要：我国经济进入了高质量发展的时代,高技能人才是高质量发展的关键支撑,承担着产业的产品工艺升级和技术更新迭代的重要任务。培养好高技能人才是企业实现高质量发展的重要保障。文章以广西汽车集团有限公司五菱工匠学院为例,就企业开展高技能人才培养的模式与路径开展研究、探索与实践,以期为企业开展高技能人才培养提供有益借鉴。China's economy has entered an era of high-quality development,and high skilled talents are the key support for high-quality development,undertaking important tasks of upgrading product processes and technological updates in the industry.Cultivating highly skilled talents is an important guarantee for enterprises to achieve high-quality development.The paper takes Wuling Craftsmanship College of Guangxi Automobile Group Co.,Ltd as an example to conduct research,exploration,and practice on the mode and path of cultivating high skilled talents in enterprises,in order to provide useful reference for enterprises to carry out high skilled talent cultivation.
