摘 要:结合需要层次理论和职业认同理论,厘清高校体育术科教师群体职业认同对其主观幸福感的影响关系与作用机理。以职业认同的4类细分维度为出发点,选取工作满意度作为中介变量,通过理论研究和结构方程模型建模分析,构建并验证了高校体育术科教师职业认同对其主观幸福感的影响机理模型。研究发现:高校体育术科教师的职业认同会通过职业价值观、角色价值观、职业归属感和职业行为倾向4个维度,直接或借由工作满意度的中介作用间接对其主观幸福感产生正向影响,当高校体育术科教师的职业认同感越高时,其所获得的工作满意度也会越强,进而通过工作满意度对其所感知到的主观幸福感产生积极作用。Combining the hierarchy of needs theory and occupational identity theory,this study clarifys the influence of the occupational identity of college physical education teachers on their subjective well⁃being.A mechanistic model is constructed and validated for the influence of the college physical education teachers'occupational identity on their subjective well⁃being,with the four dimensions of occupational identity as the independent variables,and with job satisfaction as the mediator variable.It was found that the professional identity of college physical education teachers would have a positive impact on their subjective well⁃being through the four dimensions of professional values,role values,professional sense of belonging and professional behavioral tendencies,either directly or indirectly through the mediating role of job satisfaction.When college physical education teachers'professional identity is higher,their job satisfaction will be stronger,which in turn will have a positive effect on their perceived subjective well⁃being through job satisfaction.
