摘 要:基于超浅埋小净距隧道群开挖极易引发的较大结构变形问题,对钢纤维喷射混凝土力学性能和隧道支护控制效果进行总结分析,在钢纤维喷射混凝土力学性能试验研究的基础上,采用有限元软件,通过改变初期支护结构的弹性模量以模拟钢纤维喷射混凝土对超浅埋小净距隧道群施工的影响。结果表明:相比常规喷射混凝土,掺加钢纤维可以提高其抗压和抗折强度,随着纤维掺量的增大,围岩变形逐渐减小,研究结果可为类似超浅埋小净距隧道群设计和施工提供借鉴。Excavation of tunnel group with super–shallow overburden and small spacing easily cause large structural deformation,the mechanical properties and supporting effect of steel fiber shotcrete are summarized.Based on the experimental study of the mechanical properties of steel fiber shotcrete,finite element software is used to simulate the effect of steel fiber shotcrete on the construction of tunnel group by changing the elastic modulus of the initial supporting structure.The results show that compared with conventional shotcrete,adding steel fiber can improve its compression and folding strength,and the research results can provide a reference for the design and construction of similar tunnel group.
