心理健康与物质成瘾者复吸的关系

摘　　要：目的探究物质成瘾者心理健康与其复吸的关系。方法使用心理健康测查表(PHI)和自编基本信息调查表对1551名物质成瘾者进行评估。利用Pearson相关分析探究性别、年龄、婚姻状况、PHI评分与复吸次数的相关性。利用分层回归分析模型探究PHI各因素对物质成瘾者复吸次数的预测情况。结果PHI多个维度显著预测物质成瘾者复吸情况。躯体化显著正向预测复吸次数(P<0.001)。病态人格显著正向预测复吸次数(P<0.05)。焦虑显著负向预测复吸次数(P<0.01)。疑心显著负向预测复吸次数(P<0.05)。结论心理健康是物质成瘾者复吸的重要预测因素,应重视物质成瘾者心理健康并开展针对性心理干预。Objective To explore the relationship between mental health status and relapse among substance addicts.Methods 1551 substance addicts were evaluated by Psychological Healthy inventory(PHI)and basic demographic information questionnaire.the correlation between gender,age,marital status,phi scores and Relapse times was analyzed by Pearson.Hierarchical regression analysis model was used to explore the prediction of phi factors on the Relapse times in substance addicts.Results Multiple dimensions of mental health significantly predict relapse of substance addicts.somatization significantly positively predicted the Relapse times,P<0.001.Psychopathic Deviate positively predicted the Relapse times P<0.05.Anxiety significantly negatively predicted the Relapse times,P<0.01.Hypochondria significantly negatively predicted the Relapse times,P<0.05.Conclusion Mental health is an important predictor of relapse of substance addicts,Attention should be paid to the mental health of substance addicts and targeted psychological intervention should be carried out.
