摘　　要：目的探讨有氧训练对脑卒中抑郁患者的干预效果。方法本研究选择2019年4月~2022年4月100例脑卒中抑郁患者作为观察对象,数字表法随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予有氧训练。比较治疗前后抑郁、焦虑自评量表(SDS、SAS)、美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NHISS)、Barthel指数(BI)以及血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)、甲肾上腺素(NE)水平。结果治疗后两组SDS评分、SAS评分、NHISS评分均显著降低,BI指数显著升高,且治疗后观察组各项评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清5-HT、DA、NE水平均显著升高,且治疗后均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论有氧训练能够有效改善脑卒中抑郁患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升相关神经递质水平,并有助于改善患者的神经功能以及生活能力。Objective To explore the effect of aerobic training on depression patients after stroke.Methods A total of 100 depression patients after stroke from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using the number table method.The control group received routine treatment,The observation group was given aerobic training on the basis of the control group.Hamilton Depression and Anxiety Scale(SDS,SAS),National Institutes of Health Neurological Deficiency Scale(NHISS),Barthel Index(BI)and serum levels of 5-HT,DA and NE were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the SDS score,SAS score and NHISS score of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the BI index was significantly increased,and the scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum 5-HT,DA and NE in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aerobic training can effectively reduce anxiety and depression of stroke patients with depression,improve the level of related neurotransmitters,and help improve the neurological function and living ability of patients.
