摘　　要：目的探讨支持型自我管理模式对脑卒中抑郁患者康复效果的影响。方法本研究对象为2020年1月~2021年6月我院82例脑卒中抑郁患者,采用随机数字表法进行随机分组。对照组进行常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上采用支持型自我管理。干预前、后评价焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)以及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS),评价慢性病自我管理行为量表。结果干预后两组患者SDS评分、SAS评分、NIHSS评分均显著低于干预前,干预后观察组显著低于对照组,(P<0.05);干预后两组患者康复锻炼、医生沟通、症状管理等自我管理评分均显著增加,且干预后观察组显著高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中抑郁采用支持型自我管理模式进行疾病管理能够显著改善负性情绪,促进神经功能的恢复,并提升疾病管理能力。Objective To explore the effect of supportive self-management model on the rehabilitation of stroke patients with depression.Methods Eighty-two patients with stroke depression in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into groups by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group adopted supportive self-management on the basis of routine nursing.Self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self rating Depression Scale(SDS)and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)were evaluated before and after intervention.The chronic disease self-management behavior scale was evaluated.Results After the intervention,the SDS score,SAS score and NIHSS score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention,and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention,the self-management scores of rehabilitation exercise,doctor communication and symptom management in the two groups increased significantly,and the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Using supportive self-management model for disease management of stroke depression can significantly improve negative emotions,promote the recovery of neurological function and improve the ability of disease management.
