后疫情时期:学校体育对农村中小学生体育锻炼行为的影响研究

摘　　要：采用综合分析法和问卷调查法对后疫情时期学校体育与农村中小学生体育锻炼行为关系进行研究。研究发现后疫情时期影响农村中小学生经常参与学校体育锻炼的因素有学段、场地与器材、体育课被占用与不能上满规定时间、体育课成绩和体测成绩不会影响在校期间评优。建议关注女生体育锻炼兴趣的培养、加强学校体育场地器材设施的建设、完善体育课程与体测成绩纳入学校评优机制以及提高农村学校体育课程质量,以促进农村中小学生学校体育锻炼参与行为。The comprehensive analysis method and questionnaire survey method were used to study the relationship between school physical education and the physical exercise behavior of rural primary and secondary school students in the post-epidemic period.The study found that the factors affecting rural primary and secondary school students'frequent participation in school physical exercise in the post-epidemic period include school segments,venues and equipment,physical education classes occupied and unable to attend the prescribed time,physical education class results and physical test results will not affect the evaluation during school.It is recommended to pay attention to the cultivation of girls'interest in physical exercise,strengthen the construction of school sports equipment and facilities,improve the inclusion of physical education courses and physical test results in school evaluation mechanisms,and improve the quality of physical education courses in rural schools,so as to promote the participation of rural primary and secondary school students in physical exercise.
