摘 要:开发兼具优异成膜质量和卓越载流子传输效率的钙钛矿吸光层对获得高效n-i-p平面钙钛矿太阳电池(PSC)具有重要意义.本文利用连续溶液旋涂法,在钙钛矿吸光层生长过程中引入二维(2D)1T相二硫化钨(1T-WS_(2))纳米片,构建出一种高质量的2D 1T-WS_(2)改性钙钛矿吸光层.研究发现,2D 1T-WS_(2)纳米片可作为钙钛矿生长模板,改善其成膜质量,有效抑制非辐射复合.此外,位于钙钛矿晶界和界面处的2D 1T-WS_(2)纳米片凭借其较高的空穴迁移率,加速了光生载流子提取和转移,有效抑制了异质界面电荷的积累与复合,从而将PSC的光电转化效率(PCE)提高到21%.本工作设计、构建的2D纳米结构改性吸光层为开发高效平面PSC及更多光伏应用提供了新思路.The development of perovskite absorbers with excellent film-forming quality and efficient carrier transfer efficiency is of great significance for obtaining efficient n-i-p planar perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Here,the two-dimensional(2D)1T-phase tungsten sulfide(1T-WS_(2))nanosheets were introduced into the growth process of perovskite by a continuous solution spin coating method to construct a high-quality 2D 1T-WS_(2) modified perovskite absorber.It is found that 2D 1T-WS_(2) nanosheets can be used as a growth template of perovskite to improve its film quality and effectively inhibit non-radiation recombination.Moreover,2D 1T-WS_(2) nanosheets located at the grain boundaries and interface of perovskite accelerates the extraction and transfer of photogenerated carriers,effectively inhibits the accumulation and recombination of hetero-interface charges,and thus increases the photovoltaic conversion effiency(PCE)of PSCs to 21%.The 2D nanostructured modified absorber designed and constructed in this study provides a new idea for the development of efficient planar PSCs and more photovoltaic applications.
