头风脐贴联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的临床疗效观察及对血清CGRP、NO含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨头风脐贴联合氟桂利嗪在偏头痛患者中的治疗效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月南通市中医院及南通市海门区中医院脑病科收治的偏头痛患者60例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采取氟桂利嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用头风脐贴。比较两组偏头痛情况、钙降素基因相关肽(CGRP)、一氧化氮(NO)、头痛影响测定表(HIT-6)评分、中医证候疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组偏头痛发作频率、视觉模拟评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组CGRP、NO水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组HIT-6评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:头风脐贴联合氟桂利嗪应用于偏头痛患者,可有效缓解头痛症状,降低CGRP、NO水平,提升生活质量。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Toufeng umbilical patch combined with flunarizine in patients with migraine.Methods:A total of 60 migraine patients were selected as the study objects in the Department of Encephalopathy,Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Nantong Haimen District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flunarizine,and the observation group was treated with Toufeng umbilical patch.Migraine,calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),nitric oxide(NO),headache impact scale(HIT-6)score,TCM syndromic efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the frequency of migraine attacks and visual analogue score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after treatment,the CGRP and NO levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after treatment,the HIT-6 score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Toufeng umbilical patch combined with flunarizine can effectively relieve headache symptoms,reduce CGRP and NO levels,and improve the quality of life in patients with migraine.
