摘  要:寻找重载电动正三轮摩托车车架轻量化解决方案的同时保证产品可靠性一直是车架设计的关注重点。基于静力学分析和模态分析得出的应力应变对比、模态对比能够有效表征车架的可靠性对比情况。通过对Q235A材料标杆车架和510L材料轻量化车架进行有限元分析,得到车架的高应力应变点对比数据和车架的模态对比数据,根据数据对比结果对车架结构进行逆向优化设计,获得不低于标杆车架可靠性的轻量化车架。结果表明,车架设计中零部件通过510L材料替代Q235A材料并降低材料厚度的方法实现车架轻量化是可行的。成果对研发设计提供了理论依据,同时为后续车架轻量化改进设计提供了技术指导。Looking for lightweight solution of heavy-duty electric three-wheeled motorcycle frame while ensuring product reliability has always been the focus of frame design.The stress-strain comparison and modal comparison based on statics analysis and modal analysis can effectively characterize the reliability comparison of the frame.Through the finite element analysis of Q235A material benchmarking frame and 510L material lightweight frame,the comparison data of high stress and strain points of the frame and the modal comparison data of the frame were obtained.According to the comparison results of the data,the reverse optimization design of the frame structure was carried out,and the lightweight frame with reliability no lower than the benchmark frame was obtained.The results showed that it was feasible to realize the lightweight of the frame by replacing the Q235A material with 510L material and reducing the thickness of the material.The results provide a theoretical basis for the research and design,and provide technical guidance for the subsequent lightweight design of the frame.
