摘　　要：在西方思想传统中,人类文明具有多种样态和表达,为文明形态赋予了虚构性、绝对化和抽象性特质。马克思把人类文明形态从“神话”“精神”和“事实”拉回到人类社会历史本身,开创了解释人类文明发展的新范式。在唯物史观视域中,人类文明形态在历史规律中实现了“逻辑证成”,在社会形态中实现了“历史生成”。在历史规律和社会形态展开的逻辑中,人类文明新形态超越了资本主义文明,是社会主义文明的实践展开。人类文明新形态之“新”,即新在它的批判性、超越性、前瞻性和生成性,新在它开创了人类文明发展的新动向、人的解放的新途径和人类发展的新前景。在当代中国实践中,人类文明新形态是中国式现代化的独特表达。In the Western intellectual tradition,human civilization has many forms and expressions,which endow the forms of civilization with the qualities of fictionality,absolutism and abstraction.Marx brought the form of human civilization from"myth,""spirit"and"fact"back to the history of human society itself,creating a new paradigm to explain the development of human civilization.From the perspective of materialist view of history,the form of human civilization has realized"logical validation"in the laws of history and"historical generation"in its social form.In the logic of the laws of history and the development of its social form,that is,the practical development of socialist civilization,the new form of human civilization transcends capitalist civilization.The"newness"of the new form of human civilization lies in its critical,transcendent,forward-looking and generative nature,as well as in the fact that it opens up a new direction for the development of human civilization,a new way of human emancipation and a new prospect for human development.In the practice of contemporary China,the new form of human civilization is a unique expression of the Chinese path to modernization.
