摘 要:教育家型教师是建设教育事业的珍稀资源,建设中国特色教师教育系统,造就数以万计的教育家型教师是当前我国教育强国事业的战略性考虑。教师教育体系位于“教师教育体制”与“教师教育系统”的中间部位,是由教师培养目标定位、教师培养培训活动、教师培养机构网络、教师教育治理制度等子系统构成的有机体。“新时代中国特色教师教育体系”的三个显著特征是时代性、中国性、体系性,历史逻辑、国家逻辑、专业逻辑是决定其现实形貌与走向的幕后轨道。要造就当代中国亟需的教育家教师,中国特色教师教育体系要启动四个建设行动:确立层类齐全、高端定位的培养目标体系,构建纵横交错、精准匹配的培养服务体系,完善协同联动、师范主导的培养组织体系,建设一主多元、共建共治的培养治理体系。Educator teachers are rare resources in the construction of education cause.It is a strategic consideration to build a teacher education system with Chinese characteristics and bring up tens of thousands of educator teachers.Teacher education system is located in the middle of"teacher education framework"and"teacher education system".It is an organism composed of teacher training target orientation,teacher training activities,teacher training institution network,teacher education governance system and other subsystems.The three significant characteristics of"teacher education system with Chinese characteristics in the new era"are epochal,Chinese and systematic,and the historical logic,national logic and professional logic are the behind-the-scenes tracks that determine its realistic appearance and trend.In order to create the educators teachers urgently needed in contemporary China,the teacher education system with Chinese characteristics should start four construction actions:establishing a training target system with complete layers and high-end positioning,building a criss-crossing and precise matching training service system,improving the coordinated and interconnected training organization system and building a training and governance system with multiple elements and co-construction and co-governance.
