摘 要:基于多源遥感数据以及再分析数据,分析了海南岛1980~2020年生态系统服务的时空变化特征,并利用随机森林模型探究了近40a海南岛生态系统服务空间分布的驱动因素,及不同生态系统服务在时间维度上对人类活动与自然要素的响应规律.结果表明:近40a,海南岛超过95%区域的土地类型未发生变化,但海南岛建设用地增长比例却达到63.41%,且主要以“占耕占林”式进行扩张;林地的生态系统服务最高,四种生态系统服务存在不同程度的下降趋势,这与城市区域生态系统服务的下降存在显著的关系(P<0.001);海南岛生态系统服务存在明显的海拔、气候的梯度效应,且所有生态系统服务之间呈现出协同的关系;海南岛生态系统服务能力降低的主导因素是快速的城市扩张.其次,海南岛的生态系统服务的空间分布主要驱动因素是降雨、土壤水分、实际蒸散发、最高气温以及最低气温.Based on multi-source remote sensing data and reanalysis data,the spatiotemporal changes of ecosystem services in Hainan Island from 1980 to 2020 were analyzed,and a random forest model was used to explore the driving factors of the spatial distribution of ecosystem services in Hainan Island in the past 40 years,as well as the response of different ecosystem services to human activities and natural factors in the time dimension.The results show that over 95%of the land types in Hainan Island have not changed in the past 40 years.However,the growth rate of construction land in Hainan Island has reached 63.41%,and the expansion was mainly carried out in the form of"occupying farmland and forests".The ecosystem services of forest land were the highest,and the four ecosystem services showed varying degrees of decline,which was significantly related to the decline in ecosystem services in urban areas(P<0.001).There was a significant gradient effect of altitude and climate in the ecosystem services of Hainan Island,and there was a synergistic relationship between all ecosystem services.The main driving factor for the decrease in ecosystem service capacity in Hainan Island was rapid urban expansion.Secondly,the spatial distribution of ecosystem services in Hainan Island was mainly driven by rainfall,soil moisture,actual evapotranspiration,maximum and minimum temperatures.
