摘　　要：催乳素细胞腺瘤是最常见的功能性垂体腺瘤,其临床表现可因年龄、病程和性别的不同而有所差异。男性催乳素细胞腺瘤往往起病隐匿,就诊时多为大腺瘤,且往往有一定侵袭性。与女性相比,男性催乳素细胞腺瘤的确诊年龄偏大,催乳素水平更高,并发症也较明显。因此,男性催乳素细胞腺瘤的早期诊断和治疗具有挑战性。及时的诊断和规范化的治疗催乳素细胞腺瘤对维持正常垂体功能、预防肿瘤复发、提高患者生活质量等具有重要的意义。本综述系统分析总结男性催乳素细胞腺瘤的主要临床特点、并发症、病理特点以及治疗,为男性催乳素细胞腺瘤的诊疗提供参考。Prolactinoma is the most common functional pituitary adenoma,and its clinical presentation can vary with age,disease course,and gender.Male patients with prolactinoma often have insidious onset,are mostly large adenomas at the time of treatment,and are often aggressive to a certain extent.Compared with women,male patients with prolactinoma are diagnosed at an older age,have higher prolactin levels,and have more obvious complications.Therefore,early diagnosis and treatment of prolactinoma in male patients are challenging.Timely diagnosis and standardized treatment of prolactin cell adenoma are of great significance for maintaining normal pituitary function,preventing tumor recurrence,and improving patients′quality of life.This article systematically summarizes the main clinical features,complications,pathological features and treatment of prolactinoma in men,and provides a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of prolactinoma.
