全面自由发展理论视域下区块链赋能大学生评价改革研究

摘　　要：立足于人的全面自由发展理论,从人的劳动能力的全面发展、社会关系的全面发展和自由个性发展等三个方面,深刻剖析大学生全面自由发展内涵。反观当前大学生评价实践,存在评价理念的工具理性、评价主体的行政主导以及评价方式的结果导向等现实问题。从智能合约、去中心化以及全过程记录等角度分析区块链技术与大学生评价改革的契合性,并探讨区块链技术在大学生评价中的应用模式。研究认为,大学生评价数据共享平台既能满足对大学生全面自由发展的有效评价,又能够形成人才培养数据库,推动我国高校育人机制的不断优化。Grounded in the theory of comprehensive freedom development for individuals,this study deeply analyzes the implications of comprehensive freedom development for university students,focusing on three aspects:the comprehensive development of labor capacity,the comprehensive development of social relationships,and the development of individual freedom.Examining current practices in university student evaluation,it identifies practical issues such as evaluative ideologies influenced by instrumental rationality,administrative dominance in evaluation subjects,and outcome-oriented evaluation methods.Through an analysis of blockchain technology from the perspectives of smart contracts,decentralization,and end-to-end recording,the study explores the alignment between blockchain technology and reforms in university student evaluation.The research suggests that a data-sharing platform for university student evaluation can effectively assess the comprehensive freedom development of students,establish a talent cultivation database,and promote the continuous optimization of China's higher education nurturing mechanisms.
