全透明预成冠对乳前牙缺损患儿口腔功能、牙周情况及美观度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨全透明预成冠对乳前牙缺损患儿口腔功能、牙周情况及美观度的影响。方法选取2019年11月至2021年9月就诊于我院的52例乳前牙缺损患儿为研究对象,按照修复方式的不同将其分为对照组(26例,47颗患牙)及观察组(26例,48颗患牙)。对照组采用光固化树脂充填修复,观察组采用全透明预成冠修复。比较两组的修复效果。结果修复后12个月,观察组的患牙修复成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。修复后,观察组的固定功能、咀嚼功能、发音功能、舒适度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。修复后,观察组的菌斑指数(PI)、牙龈指数(GI)评分低于对照组,探诊深度(PD)小于对照组(P<0.05)。修复后,观察组的红色美学指数(PES)及白色美学指数(WES)评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的并发症总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。修复后,观察组的儿童口腔健康影响程度量表(COHIP)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全透明预成冠在乳前牙缺损患儿中的应用效果显著,可提高患牙的远期修复成功率,改善患儿的口腔功能、牙周情况及美观度,降低口腔健康影响程度。Objective To investigate the effects of fully transparent preformed crowns on oral function,periodontal condition and aesthetic degree of children with defects of deciduous anterior teeth.Methods Fifty-two children with defects of deciduous anterior teeth admitted in our hospital from November 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(26 cases,47 affected teeth)and observation group(26 cases,48 affected teeth)according to different repair methods.The control group was treated with light curing resin filling repair,and the observation group was treated with fully transparent preformed crowns.The repair effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 12 months after restoration,the success rate of the affected teeth restoration in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After restoration,the scores of fixation function,chewing function,articulation function and comfort in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After restoration,plaque index(PI)and gingival index(GI)scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and probing depth(PD)was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).After restoration,Pink Esthetic Score(PES)and White Esthetic Score(WES)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).After restoration,the Child Oral Health Impact Profile(COHIP)score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The fully transparent preformed crowns has remarkable application effect in children with defects of deciduous anterior teeth,which can improve the long-term success rate of affected teeth restoration,ameliorate the oral function,periodontal condition and aesthetic degree,and reduce the degree of oral health impact.
