重组人干扰素α2b栓联合LEEP治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样变合并人乳头瘤病毒感染患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨重组人干扰素α2b栓联合高频电波刀环形切除术(LEEP)治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN)合并人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月收治的300例CIN合并HPV感染患者为研究对象,依据患者入院编号的奇偶性将其分为对照组和观察组,各150例。对照组采用LEEP治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加重组人干扰素α2b栓治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后2周,观察组的白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性/白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、自然杀伤(NK)细胞水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后2周,观察组的C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组,白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3、7、14、21 d、3个月,观察组的HPV载量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α2b栓联合LEEP治疗CIN合并HPV感染患者可显著提高治疗效果,有助于促进患者的免疫功能提升,降低患者术后的HPV病毒载量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant human interferonα2b suppository combined with loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)in the treatment of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)complicated with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 300 patients with CIN complicated with HPV infection admitted from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the parity of the patients'admission number,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with LEEP,and the observation group was treated with recombinant human interferonα2b suppository on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 2 weeks after operation,the cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4^(+)),cluster of differentiation 4 positive/cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and natural killer(NK)cell levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 2 weeks after operation,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of interleukin-10(IL-10)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 3,7,14,21 d and 3 months after operation,the HPV load of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferonα2b suppository combined with LEEP in the treatment of patients with CIN complicated with HPV infection can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,help to promote the immune function of patients,and reduce the HPV viral load of patients after operation.
