基于循证护理干预对肛周脓肿术后患者康复的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探析在肛周脓肿术后患者中采用循证护理干预对康复的影响。方法随机选取2020年5月—2022年12月在福建中医药大学附属人民医院行肛周脓肿手术的90例患者为研究对象,根据住院编号分为对照组(单数)和观察组(双数),每组45例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用循证护理。比较两组患者护理满意度评分、舒适程度、机体营养良好率[主观整体营养评估法(Subjective Global Assessment,SGA)],同时比较两组干预前后的视觉模拟疼痛评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)分值、焦虑自评量表(Self-assessment Scale,SAS)分值。结果护理后,观察组护理满意度各方面评分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组总舒适度、机体营养良好率分别为93.33%、95.56%,均高于对照组的73.33%、80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.480、5.075,P<0.05);护理后,观察组SAS、VAS分别为(26.55±3.12)分、(1.43±0.35)分,低于对照组的(28.87±4.27)分、(1.69±0.44)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.943、3.102,P<0.05)。结论在肛周脓肿术后患者中采用循证护理干预,可舒缓患者焦虑情绪,减轻疼痛,改善营养状态,提高患者护理满意度,促进患者机体康复。Objective To explore the effect of using evidence-based nursing intervention on recovery in postoperative patients with perianal abscess.Methods 90 patients who underwent perianal abscess surgery at the People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group(singular)and an observation group(even)based on their hospitalization numbers,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received evidence-based care on the basis of the control group.Compared the nursing satisfaction score,comfort level,and overall nutritional status of two groups of patients[Subjective Global Assessment(SGA)],and compared the visual analog pain scale(VAS)scores and self assessment anxiety scale(SAS)scores before and after intervention between the two groups.Results After nursing care,the nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in all aspects,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the total comfort level and good body nutrition rate of the observation group were 93.33%and 95.56%,respectively,which were higher than 73.33%and 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.480,5.075,P<0.05);after nursing,the SAS and VAS scores in the observation group were(26.55±3.12)points and(1.43±0.35)points,respectively,lower than those in the control group(28.87±4.27)points and(1.69±0.44)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.943,3.102,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of evidencebased nursing intervention in postoperative patients with perianal abscess can soothe patients'anxiety,reduce pain,improve nutritional status,increase patients'satisfaction with nursing care,and promote patients'organic recovery.
