摘　　要：目的探讨临床先导教学法(OTD)联合虚拟仿真实验教学在神经康复学中的应用效果。方法选取广西中医药大学2018级康复治疗学专业学生101名,分为对照组(50名)和OTD组(51名)。对照组实施传统教学,OTD组实施OTD联合虚拟仿真实验教学,对比2组学生的考试成绩及对教学效果的满意度。结果OTD组学生理论及实践考核成绩显著优于对照组(P<0.01),且对学习积极性与兴趣度、授课内容、教学方法、教学手段、课堂气氛、主动学习能力及解决问题能力方面的评价得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论OTD联合虚拟仿真实验教学在神经康复学教学中取得了良好的效果,提高了学生的学习成绩,是一种较好的教学方法。Objective To explore the application effect of OTD combined with virtual reality experiment teaching in neurorehabilita-tion.Methods A total of 101 students majoring in Grade 2018 rehabilitation therapeutics from Guangxi University of Chinese Medi-cine were selected and divided into control group of 50 students and OTD group of 51 students.The control group implemented tradi-tional teaching,and the OTD group implemented OTD combined virtual reality experiment teaching.The test scores and satisfaction with teaching effect of the students in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of students in OTD group in theory and prac-tice assessment were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01),and the scores of students in learning enthusiasm and interest,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching methods,classroom atmosphere,active learning ability and problem-solving ability were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion OTD combined with virtual reality experiment teaching has achieved good results in nerve rehabilitation teaching,and it is a good teaching method to improve students’academic performance.
