提高中医住培基地住培医生纯中医诊疗能力的教学模式研究

摘　　要：目的中医学是中国国粹,历经5000年的发展经久不衰,继承中医,发展中医,创新中医是每一代中国人的历史使命。中医住培基地担负着为国家培养中医未来人才的重任,是中国医疗住培工作的重要组成部分,研究出一种行之有效的教学模式,对于提高中医住培基地住培医生的纯中医诊疗能力至关重要。方法选取120名长春中医药大学附属医院住培医生,采用随机对照的方法分为2组,观察组采用课题组制定的教学模式教学,对照组采用普通教学模式教学。研究数据使用SAS 1.0软件进行统计分析。结果观察组的优良率为85.00%(51/60),高于对照组的优良率63.33%(38/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该教学模式对于提高中医住培学员的纯中医诊疗能力大有裨益。Objective Traditional Chinese medicine is the quintessence of China,which has undergone five thousand years of develop-ment and has never declined.Inheriting,developing,and innovating traditional Chinese medicine is the historical mission of every gen-eration of Chinese people.The traditional Chinese medicine residential training base bears the heavy responsibility of cultivating fu-ture talents of traditional Chinese medicine for the country,and is an important component of China’s medical residential training work.Developing an effective teaching model is crucial for improving the pure traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment ability of resident doctors in traditional Chinese medicine residential training bases.Methods A total of 120 resident doctors from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into 2 groups by randomized control method.The observation group was taught in the teaching mode developed by the research group,and the control group was taught in the general teaching mode.Statistical analysis was performed using SAS 1.0 software.Results The overall excellence rate of the obser-vation group was 85.00%(51/60),which was higher than that of the control group(63.33%,38/60),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion This teaching mode is of great benefit for improving the pure traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment ability of Chinese medicine resident training students.
