摘 要:目的探讨“中医整体观”理念培训模式在重症医学科(ICU)中医住院医师规范化培训中的价值。方法选择2019年10月—2021年7月于广西中医药大学第一附属医院ICU轮转的84名中医住院医师规范化培训学员,按照随机数字表法分为传统教学组(42名)和培训组(42名)。对2组学员出科时的各项考核成绩进行比较,评价学员培训后对教学的满意度情况。结果出科考核时传统教学组和培训组之间的理论知识、医嘱执行能力及病历书写能力成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实践操作成绩2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.183)。培训组满意度为95.2%(40/42),高于传统教学组的90.5%(38/42),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU,通过帮助中医住院医师规范化培训学员构建“中医整体观”理念,提升了学员的理论知识、医嘱执行能力及病历书写能力,同时提高了学员对带教的满意度。Objective To explore the value of“concept of holism of traditional Chinese medicine”teaching model in the standardized training in the ICU of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Eighty-four traditional Chinese medicine interns that trained in ICU of The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to July 2021 were enrolled.According to the random number table method,they were divided into traditional teaching group of 42 students and training group of 42 students.The evaluation results of two groups of students were compared,and the satisfaction of students to teaching after training was evaluated.Re⁃sults There were statistically significant differences between the traditional teaching group and the training group in theoretical knowl⁃edge,medical advice execution ability and medical record writing ability(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in practical per⁃formance between the two groups(P=0.183).The satisfaction of the training group was 95.2%(40/42),which was higher than that of the traditional teaching group(90.5%,38/42),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The“concept of holism of traditional Chinese medicine”evaluation exercise in the standardized training of residents in ICU can significantly improve theoreti⁃cal scores,skill operation scores,executive ability of medical and medical record writing of the students on the teaching.
