摘　　要：综述近3年来不同药物对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的作用及机制的研究进展。通过中国知网数据库检索近3年来国内外关于乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的各种药物对MCF-7乳腺细胞影响的研究文献,总结近年来干预乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖凋亡和对细胞周期作用明显的多种药物对乳腺癌MCF-7作用机制研究情况进行深入讨论。虽然近年对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的研究日益深入,但不可忽略的是,对于乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的研究仍有大量问题拟需解决,在对MCF-7乳腺癌周期性治疗的方向上并未建构明确的框架,仍需进一步研究,综合中药提取物及各种细胞周期的调控因子的研究,归纳出乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的合理有效的治疗方式。总结近期国内外研究成果,进而为未来乳腺癌的治疗研究提供相对应的参考。To review the research progress of the effects and mechanisms of different drugs on breast cancer MCF-7 cells in recent three years.Literature on the effects of various drugs on breast cancer MCF-7 cells in the past three years at home and abroad was retrieved through the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,and the mechanism of various drugs that interfere with the proliferation and apoptosis of breast cancer MCF-7 cells and those have obvious effects on cell cycle on breast cancer MCF-7 cells in recent years was summarized.Although the research on breast cancer MCF-7 cells has been deepened in recent years,it cannot be ignored that there are a large number of problems to be solved in the study of breast cancerMCF-7 cells.There is no clear framework for the periodic treatment of MCF-7 breast cancer,and further research is still needed.Based on the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine extracts and various cell cycle regulatory factors,this paper summarizes the recent research results at home and abroad,thus providing a corresponding reference for the future treatment of breast cancer.
