摘  要:微藻是水产动物重要的生物饵料,能为水产动物提供丰富的营养。为了评估^(60)Co-γ辐照处理对饵料微藻粉品质的影响,本试验探究了不同^(60)Co-γ辐照剂量对饵料微藻球等鞭金藻(Isochrysis galbana)和三角褐指藻(Phaeodactylum tricornutum)藻粉的灭菌效果和营养价值的影响。结果表明,两种藻粉经过4和7 kGy两种不同^(60)Co-γ辐照剂量处理后,细菌总数和霉菌总数较辐照前均显著降低(P<0.05),大肠菌群均降低至检测限以下,沙门氏菌均未检出,辐照处理后微生物指标达到饲料卫生标准;两种藻粉的主要营养成分DHA/EPA、PUFA、总脂肪酸、总类胡萝卜素及粗蛋白含量均未显著降低(P>0.05)。且经7 kGy辐照处理后的球等鞭金藻藻粉在4℃避光条件下储存18个月内,细菌总数、霉菌总数、大肠菌群及沙门氏菌均无显著变化(P>0.05)。综上所述,辐照剂量为4~7 kGy的^(60)Co-γ辐照能有效对球等鞭金藻藻粉和三角褐指藻藻粉进行灭菌,且不影响两种饵料藻粉的营养价值。本研究首次报道了^(60)Co-γ辐照处理对球等鞭金藻藻粉和三角褐指藻藻粉两种饵料微藻的灭菌效果和营养价值的影响,为饵料微藻产品生产工艺的制定提供了依据。Microalgae is an important biological food which can provide rich nutrition for aquatic animals.To evaluate the effect of ^(60)Co-γon the quality of bait-microalgae powder,this study investigated the effect of different irradiation doses of ^(60)Co-γon the sterilization and nutritional value of Isochrysis galbana and Phaeodactylum tricornutum powder.Similar results were obtained for I.galbana and P.tricornutum powder.After being irradiated by 4 and 7 kGy ^(60)Co-γ,bacterial count and molds count were reduced significantly(P<0.05),coliforms were reduced below the detection limit,and Salmonella sp.was not detected.Microbial index reached the feed hygiene standard.The content of main nutritional components of I.galbana and P.tricornutum powder including DHA//EPA,PUFA,total fatty acid,total carotenoid and crude protein were not significantly decreased(P>0.05).In addition,bacterial count,molds count,Coliforms and Salmonella sp.of I.galbana powder treated with 7 kGy irradiation did not change significantly(P>0.05)and met the requirements of feed hygiene standard after 18 months of storage at 4℃in dark condition.This study demonstrated that the irradiation dose of ^(60)Co-γfrom 4 to 7 kGy can effectively sterilize I.galbana and P.tricornutum powder without affecting the nutritional value.This study firstly reported the effect of ^(60)Co-γirradiation on sterilization and nutritional value of I.galbana and P.tricornutum powder,which provided a reference for the production of bait-microalgae product.
