基于“1355”工作法推进“双带头人”教师党支部书记工作室建设的探索——以金华职业技术学院护理党支部书记工作室建设为例

摘　　要：以金华职业技术学院全国党建工作样板支部、“双带头人”护理教师党支部书记工作室的建设实践为基础,对实体建设“双带头人”教师党支部书记工作室的7个“1+1”体制机制、“1355”实施路径、保障措施等内容进行了系统研究,为建设高水平的支部书记队伍和党员队伍,把教师党支部建设成为助推高校党建业务双融双促发展的政治堡垒,提供理论指导和实践经验。Based on the construction practice of the National Party Construction Model Branch and the"Double Leader"Nursing Party Branch Secretary Studio of Jinhua Polytechnic,a systematic study was conducted on the seven"1+1"institutional mechanisms,"1355"implementation paths,and safeguard measures for the physical construction of the"Double Leader"teacher Party Branch Secretary Studio,in order to provide theoretical guidance and practical experience in building a high-level team of party branch secretaries and party members,and in building a teacher's party branch into a political fortress that boosts the development of dual integration and promotion of the party building business in colleges.
