摘 要:返乡农民工是新农村建设和乡村振兴的宝贵人才资源,返乡农民工的职业教育是促进农村发展的关键。本研究以甘肃省武威市的调查数据为依据,分析返乡农民工职业教育的现状和问题。研究发现,当地返乡农民工职业教育培训存在参与面小、满意度低和重视不够等问题,造成这些问题的原因是参训意识不高、培训形式较为单一、培训保障体系不健全、自身条件限制等因素。据此,我们提出对返乡农民工加强培训宣传,提高参训意识、创新培训方式,定制培训内容、优化保障体系,提升就业能力、创新发展理念,重视自我提升的对策建议。希望本研究可以为农民工更快更好地在农村创业就业提供助力,从而更有效地实现乡村振兴战略。Returned migrant workers are valuable talent resources for new rural construction and rural revitalization,and vocational education for returned migrant workers is the key to promoting rural development.This study analyzes the current situation and problems of vocational education for returned rural migrant workers based on survey data in Wuwei City,Gansu Province.It is found that the local vocational education and training for returned rural migrant workers has problems such as small participation,low satisfaction and insufficient attention,which are caused by factors such as low awareness of participation,relatively single training form,unsound training guarantee system,and limitations of their own conditions.Accordingly,we propose countermeasures for returning migrant workers to strengthen training publicity,raise awareness of participation in training,innovate training methods,customize training content,optimize the security system,improve employability and innovate development concepts,and pay attention to self-improvement.It is hoped that this study can provide assistance for rural migrant workers to start business and employment in the countryside faster and better,so as to realize the strategy of rural revitalization more effectively.
