摘　　要：生产实习是生物工程专业本科教学中极为重要的教学环节,与人才培养质量关系密切,影响到学生对企业、行业的看法,关系到学生的就业观及职业发展规划。本文从提高人才培养质量出发,对生物工程专业生产实习进行教学改革,通过人才培养方案的修订,改革生产实习教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、课程考核,实施一专多企,加强实践基地建设,深化校企合作,加强专兼职实习指导教师队伍建设,强化实习过程管理及考核,不断总结及持续改进,全面提高了生产实习的教学效果。Production practice is an extremely important teaching link in the undergraduate teaching of bioengineering specialty.It is closely related to the quality of talent cultivation,affects students'views on enterprises and industries,and relates to students'employment outlook and career development plan.Starting from improving the quality of talent training,this paper carried out teaching reform on the production practice of bioengineering specialty.Through the revision of the talent training program,the teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods,and course assessment of production practice had been reformed.The construction of multiple practice bases had been implemented.The cooperation between schools and enterprises and the construction of full-time and part-time practice guidance teachers were strengthened.The management and assessment of the practice process were reformed,and had been constantly summarized and continuously improved.The teaching effect of production practice had been comprehensively improved.
