摘  要:本文采用三种不同铝颜料与ABS树脂共混改性,通过SEM和EDX测试表征铝颜料及其改性ABS材料微观结构,考察不同共混喂料挤出工艺和不同类型铝颜料对免喷涂改性ABS成型制件的外观影响,同时对比不同老化条件下三种免喷涂改性ABS材料热老化、湿热老化、光老化性能。研究发现,聚合物包覆A3铝颜料的包覆层对铝片保护较好,主喂和侧喂受双螺杆挤出加工影响极小,而且包覆的A3铝颜料有效消除制件注塑所产生熔接痕外观缺陷,并保持一定的金属效果。经过热老化、湿热老化和紫外光老化后免喷涂改性ABS材料的外观色差相对ABS树脂没有恶化,包覆A3铝颜料在三种免喷涂改性ABS材料中抗老化性能最优。ABS materials were modified by three different aluminum pigments.The physical chemical properties and microstructure of aluminum pigments and spraying-free modified ABS were characterized by SEM and EDX.It was investigated that the effect of different feeding compound processes and three different aluminum pigments in spraying-free modified ABS materials.In addition,the thermal and hydrothermal and UV aging performance of three different spraying-free modified ABS materials were tested.It was found that A3-coating aluminum pigment could eliminate the appearance defect of weld line and maintain the metal effect in free spraying modified ABS material,which also had good anti-aging performance.
