摘　　要：以山苍子为试验原料,采用蒸汽爆破预处理辅助水蒸气蒸馏提取山苍子精油。在单因素实验基础上,通过响应面法研究了蒸汽爆破压力、保压时间、复水率3个因素对山苍子精油提取率的影响,优化了提取工艺。结果表明,蒸汽爆破预处理辅助水蒸气蒸馏提取山苍子精油的最佳工艺条件为:蒸汽爆破压力0.70 MPa、保压时间97.00 s、复水率46.00%,该条件下进行三次重复试验,山苍子精油平均提取率为5.21%,与预测值5.26%接近。以上结果表明,响应面法优化山苍子精油提取工艺后,可有效提高山苍子精油提取率。Steam explosion pretreatment was employed for Litsea cubeba,and the effects of different steam pressure levels and holding time and moisture content on the yield of oil.The best extraction technology of oil from Litsea cubeba was steam burst pressure 0.70 MPa,steam burst time 97.00 s and rehydration rate 46.00%.The highest extraction rate was obtained,reaching to 5.21%.The research on the process of pretreatment of Litsea cubeba by steam explosion provided a theoretical basis and reference for the comprehensive utilization of Litsea cubeba oil resources.
