摘  要:近年来,可降解包装材料的研发如火如荼,取得了显著成果。却很少有人关注包装材料上的水性油墨,大量不具有生物降解性的水性油墨对环境产生了巨大的污染。本项目对目前的现状开展分析,并采用天然的可降解的松香树脂对丙烯酸酯加以改性,再用1,4-丁二醇与季戊四醇共同酯化,得到了经不同方法处理的一类改性水性衍生物(可溶性树脂),可溶于水、乙醇形成胶体溶液或乳状液体,用于可降解包装材料水性油墨的连结料。通过改进连结料的方式,开发一种用于可降解包装材料印刷的水性油墨。As the global environmental pollution problem becomes more and more serious,countries have put forward higher requirements for packaging materials,in recent years,the research and development of degradable packaging materials is in full swing,and remarkable results have been achieved.However,few people pay attention to water-based inks on packaging materials,and a large number of water-based inks that are not biodegradable have caused huge pollution to the environment.In this project,the current situation was analyzed,and the acrylate was modified by natural biodegradable rosin resin,and then co-esterified by 1,4 butanediol and pentaerythritol.A class of modified water-based derivative(soluble resin)treated by different methods was obtained,which can dissolve in water and ethanol to form colloidal solution or emulsion liquid.Binder for degradable water-based inks for packaging materials.A water-based ink for degradable packaging material printing was developed by improving the bonding material.
