摘　　要：VB编程语言是一种适合编程初学者的计算机高级语言。WPS Office国产办公软件内嵌的VBA(Visual Basic For Applications)编程应用环境,能够直观方便的使用VB语言进行编程。电力营销业务系统(以下简称“营销系统”)在进行电费账务应用时能够导出EXECL格式的数据文档,而其中的一部分数据文档不能直接使用,业务人员需要手工对导出的数据进行分类、筛选、排序、求和、设置文档格式,这样再处理、再排版的过程,十分费时费力,这一现状也持续了多年,并随着业务内容的扩展,需要手工制作更多的文档。基于VB编程的电费账务“一键式生成凭证附件”应用,实现了对EXECL源文档数据进行自动分类、筛选、排序、求和、排版等功能并能够自动派生成几个EXECL文档。VB programming language is a kind of computer high-level language suitable for beginners in programming.WPS Office embedded VBA(Visual Basic For Applications)programming application environment,can intuitive and convenient use of VB language programming.The power marketing business system(hereinafter referred to as the"marketing system")can export data documents in EXECL format when it is used in electricity bill accounting applications,but some of the data documents cannot be used directly.Business personnel need to manually classify,screen,sort,sum,and set the file format of the exported data.The process of re-processing and re-typeset is very timeconsuming and laborious.This status quo has also persisted for many years,and as business content expands,more documents need to be produced by hand.The application of"one-click certificate attachment generation"based on VB programming for electricity account realizes the functions of automatic classification,screening,sorting,summing,typesetting and other functions for EXECL source document data and can automatically derive several EXECL documents.
