摘  要:根据6 mm厚且材质为Q450NQR1高强度耐候钢端梁的结构特点,设计了3种成形工艺方案,从总工步数、材料利用率、模具制造费用、生产效率、投产周期等多方面进行对比,确定试制和小批量生产以及最终1次弯曲成形的工艺方案。模具经实际验证:存在中部乙字弯高度不够问题,采取了在模具上增加挠度的措施;对初期理论展开尺寸不精确的问题,采取反向修正措施。经改进后,再次试制零件,满足了图纸要求。According to the structural characteristics of 6 mm thick end sill made of Q450NQR1 high strength weathering steel,three forming process schemes were designed.By comparing the total number of working steps,material utilization rate,die cost,production efficiency,production cycle,and other aspects,the process scheme for trial production and small batch production as well as the final process plan for one bending forming were determined.After the actual verifica-tion of the die,it was found that the bending height of the middle Z-type was a little lower,so in-creased the upper deflection of the die.In order to solve the problem of the inaccuracy of the ini-tial theory,the reverse correction measures were used.The parts were trial produced again after the improvement,which met the requirements of the drawings.
