私营企业家地位认同如何影响企业创新投入?——基于营商环境评价的中介效应与企业特征的调节效应分析

摘　　要：私营企业是我国经济发展的关键力量,而企业家对企业创新投入的影响,是关系私营经济能否持续稳步发展的一个现实而重要的问题。文章基于第13次中国私营企业调查数据,从企业家地位认同视角切入,实证剖析企业家对自身地位的认同感如何影响企业创新投入。研究发现:第一,私营企业家地位认同对企业的技术创新投入和非技术创新投入均产生显著正向影响;第二,私营企业家地位认同对企业的技术创新投入和非技术创新投入的积极作用在创立时间更久、运营规模更大的企业中更为明显;第三,私营企业家对行政审批、融资环境和法律与契约实施效率等方面的营商环境的评价是影响其地位认同与企业创新投入关系的重要中介路径。文章建议,塑造积极健康的政商关系、加强良性的社会舆论、提供支持性的优惠政策、营造公平开放的营商环境等是提升私营企业家地位认同并加大创新投入的重要措施。Private enterprise is an important force of our country’s economic development.In the process of development,the influence of entrepreneurs on input of enterprise innovation is a very important and practical question whether private economy can continue and steadily develop.Based on the data of the 13th survey of Chinese private enterprises,this paper empirically analyzes how entrepreneurs’identity of their own status affects firms’innovation input from the perspective of entrepreneur status identity.The findings are as follows:First,the status identification of private entrepreneurs has a significant positive impact on both technological innovation input and non-technological innovation input;Second,the positive effect of private entrepreneur status identification on technological and non-technological innovation investment is more obvious in enterprises with longer establishment time and larger operation scale.Third,private entrepreneurs’evaluation of the business environment in terms of administrative approval,financing environment and law and contract implementation efficiency is an important intermediary path that affects the relationship between their status identity and enterprise innovation input.This paper suggests that shaping a positive and healthy relationship between government and business,strengthening benign public opinion,providing supportive preferential policies,and creating a fair and open business environment are important measures to enhance the status recognition of private entrepreneurs and increase innovation investment.
