摘 要:依托某地铁车站深基坑工程开展跟踪监测,利用各阶段实测数据分析了包括地下连续墙施工、基坑开挖及主体向上施工在内的基坑施工全过程对邻近建筑物的影响。结果表明:各阶段施工对建筑的影响均随着与车站基坑距离的增大而减小;采用刚度小、长度短的摩擦型桩基础的建筑,其抵抗由车站基坑施工引起的竖向位移的能力较弱,沉降相对较大;而车站基坑施工对具有较好持力层的桩基础建筑沉降影响极小,但对工程桩桩顶水平位移和桩身内力的影响较大。相关结论可为软土地区地铁车站深基坑外邻近建筑物的变形预测及保护提供有益参考。Based on the tracking monitoring of a deep foundation pit project of a subway station,the in-fluence on adjacent buildings of the whole process of foundation pit construction,including diaphragm wall construction,foundation pit excavation and main body upward construction,is analyzed by using the mea-sured data at each stage.The results show that the impact of each stage of construction on the building de-creases with the increase of the distance from the station foundation pit.For buildings with friction pile foundation with small stiffness and short length,its ability to resist the vertical displacement caused by the construction of station foundation pit is weak,and the settlement is relatively large.However,the construc-tion of the station foundation pit has little influence on the settlement of the pile foundation building with a good bearing layer,but has great influence on the horizontal displacement of the pile top and the internal force of the pile shaft.The relevant conclusions can provide useful reference for the deformation prediction and protection of adjacent buildings outside the deep foundation pit of subway stations in soft soil areas.
