摘 要:为探究无芒雀麦和紫花苜蓿在不同混合比例下青贮饲料的发酵品质和营养价值,以无芒雀麦和紫花苜蓿单独青贮为对照,设置3种混合青贮处理(65%无芒雀麦+35%紫花苜蓿、50%无芒雀麦+50%紫花苜蓿、35%无芒雀麦+65%紫花苜蓿)并对其感官、营养和发酵品质进行评定。结果表明:无芒雀麦单独青贮的感官品质最佳(一级),混合青贮感官品质良好(二级)。紫花苜蓿与无芒雀麦混贮后,CP、WSC、NDF、ADF、Ash和EE含量在各混贮组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),以上成分的含量介于无芒雀麦单独青贮和紫花苜蓿单独青贮之间,养分更加均衡。三种混贮处理中,65%无芒雀麦+35%紫花苜蓿混合青贮组的pH和乙酸(AA)含量最低,显著低于其余混贮组(P<0.05);乳酸(LA)含量最高,显著高于其余混贮组(P<0.05);丁酸(BA)未检出。该混贮组的发酵品质最佳,其V-Score评分为87(等级为良好),Kaiser评分为100(等级为一级)。由此可见,紫花苜蓿与无芒雀麦混合青贮后,其营养不但更加均衡,而且都达到了优良青贮饲料的标准,3组混贮处理中尤以65%无芒雀麦+35%紫花苜蓿混合青贮的效果最佳。In order to explore the fermentation quality and nutritional value of alfalfa and awnless brome silage at different mixing ratios,three mixed silage treatments(65%awnless brome+35%alfalfa,50%awnless brome+50%alfalfa,35%bromegrass+65%alfalfa)were set up with awnless brome and alfalfa silage alone as the control,and their sensory,nutritional and fermentation quality were evaluated.The results showed that the sensory quality of awnless brome silage alone was the best(grade 1),and the sensory quality of mixed silage was good(grade 2).For mixed storage of alfalfa and awnless brome,the contents of CP,WSC,NDF,ADF,Ash and EE were not significantly different among the mixed storage groups(P>0.05).The contents of the above components were between those of awnless brome alone and alfalfa alone,and the nutrients were more balanced.Among the three mixed silage treatments,pH value and acetic acid(AA)content in 65%awnless brome+35%alfalfa mixed silage group were the lowest,which were significantly lower than those in other mixed silage groups(P<0.05).The content of lactic acid(LA)was the highest and significantly higher than that of the other mixed storage groups(P<0.05).Butyric acid(BA)was not detected.The fermentation quality of the mixed group was the best,with V-score of 87(good)and Kaiser score of 100(first grade).It can be seen that after mixed silage of alfalfa and awnless brome,the nutrient composition is not only more balanced,but also meets the standard of excellent silage.Among the three groups of mixed silage,65%awnless brome+35%alfalfa mixed silage has the best effect.
