摘  要:为诊断奶牛场中犊牛腹泻病的病因,对粪样进行病原菌的分离鉴定,采用PCR方法检测16S rRNA基因并测序比对,用纸片扩散法对病原菌株进行耐药性检测,通过小白鼠动物试验观察菌株的致病性。结果表明,在49份腹泻粪样中,检测出8株病原菌,其中1株为都柏林沙门菌,1株为阴沟肠杆菌,6株为奇异变形杆菌。耐药结果显示阴沟肠杆菌和奇异变形杆菌的耐药性较强,柏林沙门菌对大部分药物是敏感的,其中柏林沙门菌和奇异变形杆菌H150对小白鼠具有致病性。In order to diagnose the etiology of calf diarrhea in a large-scale dairy farm in Xinjiang and propose preventive measures,this study isolated and identified pathogenic bacteria from the feces of calf diarrhea in the farm.PCR method was used to detect 16S rRNA gene and sequence comparison was conducted.At the same time,the paper diffusion method was used to detect the drug resistance of the pathogenic strains.Finally,the pathogenicity of the strain was observed through the animal experiment of mice.The results showed that in 49 diarrhea stool samples,8 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected,of which 1 strain was Salmonella Dublin,1 strain was Enterobacter cloacae,and 6 strains were Proteus mirabilis.The drug resistance results showed that Enterobacter cloacae and Proteus mirabilis were highly resistant,and Salmonella berberine was sensitive to most drugs.Among them,Salmonella berberii and Proteus mirabilis H150 were pathogenic to mice.
