摘　　要：目的探讨氢氧化钙糊剂加牙胶尖充填根管治疗慢性牙髓炎(CP)患者的效果。方法将我院2020年5月至2022年5月收治的80例CP患者随机分为两组各40例。两组均行一次性根管治疗,对照组采用氧化锌碘仿糊剂治疗,观察组采用ApexitPlus氢氧化钙糊剂治疗,之后两组置入牙胶尖。对比两组的填充效果、疼痛程度和治疗效果。结果两组的填充效果比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组术后7d的疼痛程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。术后随访6个月,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与氧化锌碘仿糊剂填充相比,氢氧化钙糊剂加牙胶尖充填根管治疗CP患者效果更佳,疼痛更轻,利于患者预后。Objective To explore the effect of calcium hydroxide paste and gutta-percha tip filling root canal in the treatment of patients with chronic pulpitis(CP).Methods 80 CP patients admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with disposable root canal.The control group was treated with zinc oxide iodoform paste,and the observation group was treated with ApexitPlus calcium hydroxide paste.Then both groups were implanted with gutta-percha tips.The filling effect,pain degree and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results No statistical difference was found in the filling effect between the two groups(P>0.05).7 days after operation,the pain degree of the observation group was lighter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with zinc oxide iodoform paste,calcium hydroxide paste and gutta-percha tip filling has better effect and less pain in the treatment of CP patients,which is beneficial to the prognosis of patients.
