复方苁蓉益智胶囊联合多奈哌齐治疗脑小血管病认知功能障碍患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方苁蓉益智胶囊联合多奈哌齐治疗脑小血管病认知功能障碍患者的效果。方法选择2020年10月至2022年10月我院收治的96例脑小血管病认知功能障碍患者,随机分为西药组和联合组各48例。西药组口服多奈哌齐治疗,联合组采用复方苁蓉益智胶囊联合多奈哌齐治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果联合组治疗总有效率为97.92%,高于西药组的81.25%(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组MoCA评分高于西药组(P<0.05)。联合组Hcy、NSE、BDNF水平低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论复方苁蓉益智胶囊联合多奈哌齐治疗脑小血管病认知功能障碍患者效果显著,可明显提高其认知功能,改善血清因子水平。Objective To observe the effect of compound Congrong Yizhi capsules combined with donepezil in the treatment of patients with cognitive dysfunction of cerebral small vessel disease.Methods 96 patients with cognitive dysfunction of cerebral small vessel disease admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were randomly divided into western medicine group(48 cases)and combined group(48 cases).The western medicine group was treated with oral donepezil,while the combined group was treated with compound Congrong Yizhi capsules combined with donepezil.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 97.92%,higher than 81.25%in the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MoCA score of the combined group was higher than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).The Hcy,NSE and BDNF levels of the combined group were lower than those of western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compound Congrong Yizhi capsules combined with donepezil has significant effect in the treatment of patients with cognitive dysfunction of cerebral small vessel disease,which can significantly improve patients'cognitive function and serum factor levels.
