摘　　要：急性白血病是常见的恶性肿瘤之一。近年来,支持性护理的改善、基于复发风险的分层治疗、对白血病细胞生物学特征的深入了解以及通过全国和国际合作开展优化治疗方案等,使急性白血病患者的生存期得到了显著提升,但患者的心理问题仍然是医学界关注的热点。常见护理干预的方法涵盖了心理干预、认知行为疗法、中医护理及其他相关的护理理念及模式,这些方法共同构成了急性白血病患者心理护理干预的核心。近年来对中医护理研究较多,其通过对疾病进行有目的、有意识、持续有效的健康教育,使患者产生积极的情感体验,从而提高生活质量。针对白血病患者的不同治疗和康复阶段,采用个性化的护理干预措施,最大限度降低心理障碍的发生率,从而改善患者的预后。本文综述了急性白血病患者焦虑、抑郁、睡眠障碍的现状、机制和干预方法,为改善急性白血病患者焦虑、抑郁、睡眠障碍症状的临床护理研究提供参考。In clinic,acute leukemia is one of the most common malignant tumor in recent years,although the improvement of supportive care,based on the risk of recurrence,the layered treatment,understanding leukemia cell biology characteristics and treatment methods are optimized by the national and international cooperation,significantly enhance the survival of patients with acute leukemia.However,its psychological problems are still the focus of attention in the medical field.The common methods of nursing intervention include psychological intervention,cognitive behavior therapy,Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing,and other related nursing concepts and models,which together constitute the core of nursing intervention.Among them,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing is a mode of more research in recent years,which makes patients have a positive emotional experience through a purposeful,conscious,continuous and effective health education on the disease,so as to improve the quality of life.According to the different treatment and rehabilitation stages of leukemia patients,personalized nursing intervention measures should be adopted to reduce the incidence of psychological disorders to the greatest extent,so as to improve the prognosis of patients.According to the different treatment and rehabilitation stages of leukemia patients,personalized nursing intervention measures should be adopted to reduce the incidence of psychological disorders to the greatest extent,so as to improve the prognosis of patients.This article reviews the current situation,mechanism and intervention methods of anxiety,depression and sleep disorders in acute leukemia,so as to provide new ideas for improving the symptoms of anxiety,depression and sleep disorders in patients with acute leukemia.
