摘　　要：目的了解百色地区综合性医院骨科护士对亚谵妄综合征的认知及知识需求现况,分析其影响因素。方法2022年1月对百色地区10家综合性医院115名骨科护士采用自行设计的“综合性医院骨科护士亚谵妄综合征知信行及知识需求问卷”进行调查,描述性分析骨科护士亚谵妄综合征知信行现况得分情况,通过单因素及多因素线性回归分析影响因素。结果115名骨科护士亚谵妄综合征知信行现况得分90.70±15.65分,其中知识维度得分29.75±10.68分,态度维度得分26.77±2.88分,行为维度得分34.17±3.89分。不同年龄、学历、职称的骨科护士亚谵妄综合征知识水平得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同学历骨科护士亚谵妄综合征知信行得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、学历是百色地区综合性医院骨科护士亚谵妄综合征知识水平的主要影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。骨科护士亚谵妄综合征知识来源主要有因个人兴趣或工作需求自学、同事之间交流、医学网络教育平台;大部分护士希望得到全面、系统的亚谵妄知识与管理培训;工作繁忙,没时间是影响护士参加培训的主要因素。结论百色地区综合性医院骨科护士亚谵妄综合征知信行水平偏低,普遍缺乏亚谵妄综合征基础知识及系统培训。护理院校教育者应结合地域特色,根据临床需求调整课程设置;临床管理者应根据工作年限、学历等对护士进行针对性培训。Objective To understand the current status of orthopaedic nurses'awareness and knowledge needs of subdelirium syndrome in comprehensive hospitals of Baise area,and to analyse their influencing factors.Methods In January 2022,115 orthopaedic nurses in 10 comprehensive hospitals in Baise area were surveyed by using the self-designed"Questionnaire on Knowledge and Knowledge Needs of Orthopaedic Nurses in General Hospitals on Delirium Awareness and Knowledge Requirements of Orthopaedic Nurses".Influencing factors were analysed by one-way and multifactorial linear regression.Results 115 orthopaedic nurses with subdelirium syndrome scored 90.70±15.65 points,of which 29.75±10.68 points were scored on the knowledge dimension,26.77±2.88 points on the attitude dimension,and 34.17±3.89 points on the behaviour dimension.The difference in the knowledge level scores of subdelirium syndrome among orthopaedic nurses with different ages,education,and titles was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in sub-delirium syndrome knowledge level scores of orthopaedic nurses with different education levels was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age and education were the main factors influencing the knowledge level of orthopaedic nurses with subdelirium syndrome in Baise comprehensive hospitals,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The main sources of orthopaedic nurses'knowledge of subdelirium syndrome were self-study due to personal interest or work demand,communication among colleagues,and medical network education platform,most nurses hoped to receive comprehensive and systematic training on subdelirium knowledge and management,busy work and lack of time were the main factors affecting nurses'participation in training.Conclusion Orthopaedic nurses in general hospitals in Baise area have low level of subdelirium syndrome knowledge,belief and behaviour,and generally lack basic subdelirium syndrome knowledge and systematic training.Nursing school educat
