摘 要:为满足自动化集装箱码头用户更快速、更精准地定位到生产作业中存在的问题和优化点需求,提高码头装卸效率,文中提出了一种效率分析方法。该方法将逐层分解效率优化目标为分目标,结合业务流程分析影响这些分目标的因素,并以此为基点确定关键统计指标,最终将收集的指标数据以报表形式展示出来作为效率优化的决策依据。在此,以某码头自动化集装箱岸边集装箱起重机为主要研究对象,应用该方法进行效率分析,报表展示出了各分目标的统计数据,与理论目标值进行比对即可较快速地找出岸边集装箱起重机在作业流程中的问题及优化点,进而有针对性地提出改进建议和措施,使用户能更快、更好地进行生产作业问题排查及效率优化。In order to meet the needs of automated container terminal users to identify the problems and optimization points in production operations more quickly and accurately,and to improve the efficiency of terminal loading and unloading,an efficiency analysis method is proposed,which decomposes the efficiency optimization objectives layer by layer,analyzes the factors affecting these sub-objectives in combination with business processes,and determines the key statistical indicators.Finally,the collected index data are displayed in the form of reports as the basis for decision-making of efficiency optimization.In this paper,taking a quayside container crane as the research object,the efficiency analysis is carried out by this method,and the statistical data of each sub-target is displayed in reports,which is compared with the theoretical target value to quickly find out the problems and optimization points in the operation process of the quayside container crane,and then the corresponding improvement suggestions and measures are put forward,which enables users to troubleshoot and optimize efficiency faster and more accurately.
