海藻酸钠固定化絮凝菌的絮凝性研究

摘  要:研究通过多重筛选,从植物根系土壤中筛得一株絮凝效果较好的菌种。该絮凝菌为一种杆状、革兰氏阳性菌,对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝率为39.35%。对该絮凝菌进行海藻酸钠固定化处理,对比分析海藻酸钠固定化前后絮凝菌的絮凝效果,以探究适宜的固定化条件。结果表明:海藻酸钠浓度为3%,絮凝菌湿菌体与浓度为3%的海藻酸钠的体积比为1∶1,CaCl_(2)浓度为4%时达到最优固定化条件,此时该固定化絮凝菌的絮凝率可达75.78%。In this study,a strain of bacteria with better flocculation effect was screened from the rhizosphere soil of plants by multiple screening,which were rod-shaped and gram-positive,with the flocculation rate in kaolin suspension being 39.35%.Through the immobilization of the flocculating bacteria with sodium alginate,their flocculation effect before and after the immobilization was compared and analyzed,so as to explore the suitable immobilization conditions.The results showed that,with the concentration of sodium alginate being 3%,the volume ratio of wet bacteria to 3% sodium alginate being 1∶1,and the concentration of CaCl_(2) being 4%,the flocculation rate of the immobilized flocculating bacteria could reach 75.78%.
