咬合影响种植修复后邻接关系的研究现状

摘　　要：种植修复是牙列缺损的常用修复方式之一。随着口腔种植技术的发展与成熟,种植修复后种植冠与相邻天然牙间邻接关系不良的现象越来越普遍,其中咬合因素被认为是影响种植修复后邻接关系的关键因素之一。本文通过查阅咬合与种植修复以及种植修复后邻接触关系相关的科学文献,介绍关于咬合负荷及其对种植修复后邻接关系潜在影响的叙述性评论,以及一些对种植义齿咬合设计的临床建议,以期最大限度地减少种植修复体上不利的咬合力,为临床上减少修复后邻接丧失的发生提供新思路。Implant restoration is one of the common restoration methods for dentition defects.With the development and maturity of dental implant technology,the phenomenon of poor adjacency between implant crowns and adjacent natural teeth after implant restoration is becoming more and more common,and occlusal factors are considered to be one of the key factors affecting the adjacency relationship after implant restoration.This article reviews the scientific literature on occlusal forces,implant restorations,and post-proximate contact.Presenting a narrative review of occlusal loads and their potential impact on post-implant proximate contact.Thus giving some clinical recommendations for the occlusal design of implant dentures to minimize the unfavorable occlusal force on the implant restoration,and providing a new idea for clinically reducing the occurrence of post-restoration proximate contact loss.
