从历时视角看政治文献翻译的去异常化

摘　　要：本研究自建2003至2022年国务院《政府工作报告》原文和英译本平行语料库,在理论界定异常搭配的基础上,考察译本中18个典型异常搭配在20年间的历时使用情况。数据结果表明,近年来的译本在搭配上呈现出显著的“去异常化”趋势,除中国特有概念外,通用概念、修饰性搭配以及动宾搭配多舍弃了异常化的译法。译本整体更侧重可接受性,反映出“讲好中国故事”时代背景下中国政治文献的翻译取向。The study collects the bilingual texts of the Government Work Report(2003-2022)of China's State Council,and creats a parallel corpus.We argue for a working definition of untypical collocation,based on which 18 of the most representative untypical collocations in the Government Work Report are identified and their use tracked in the past 20 years.The statistical results suggest a"de-foreignization trend" of the untypical collocations.Specifically,apart from China-specific concepts,most of the untypical collocations,including general noun collocations,verb-object collocations and modifier collocations,have seen sharp declines in their use in recent years.The political text translation of China now sees more stress laid in acceptability,epitomizing China's ever-increasing need to"Tell China's Story Well".
