摘　　要：趣味城市应是城市未来发展的战略性议题之一,也是助力新型城镇化高质量发展的必然要求。随着城市的发展,不同社会结构的个性化需求愈发多元化,处理好当前城市活动空间与公共空间配置,实现韧性城市与城市治理的融合显得日趋重要。文章试图阐述这一命题的完整内涵:趣味城市首先包括玩乐,这一表层的心理体验是人的基本需求,但它还包括主动创新、好奇探索等更丰富的意义,进而能够促进创意经济以及培育积极容错、包容友善、幽默从容的社会氛围,从而凸显其重要性。社会的进步最终体现在走向趣味生活、趣味社会以至趣味城市,这一命题应该成为城市发展的战略方向之一。而当前对战略的理解常常是泛化的,文章进而对如何恰当地理解战略以及在此之上如何恰当地制定、实施趣味城市战略进行探讨,以期为新时期的城市发展战略探索提供思路。The fun city should be one of the strategic topics of urban development in the future,and it is also an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of new urbanization.With the development of cities,the personalized needs of dif ferent social structures are becoming more and more diversified,and it is becoming increasingly important to deal with the current allocation of urban activity space and public space to achieve the integration of resilient cities and urban governance.This paper attempts to elaborate the complete connotation of this topic:the fun city certainly includes fun,which is a superficial psychological experience that is a basic human need,but it also includes active innovation,curiosity and exploration and other more abundant meanings,which is of great importance in promoting creative economy and fostering a positively fault-tolerant,inclusive and friendly,humorous and leisurely social atmosphere.The progress of the society is refl ected in the process towards fun life,fun society and even fun cities,which should always be one of the strategic directions of urban development.However,now people's understanding of strategy is often generalized.This paper further discusses how to properly understand strategy and how to properly formulate and implement the fun city strategy based on this,hope to provide new ideas for strategic exploration in the new era.
