摘　　要：胰腺癌的早期诊疗是当前医学的一大难题。热激蛋白90(HSP90)是肿瘤中高表达的一种生物标志物。Sansalvamide A及其衍生物具有抗肿瘤活性,是HSP90的抑制剂,用正电子放射性核素进行标记后可以实现胰腺癌的早期诊断,Sansalvamide A及其衍生物具有实现胰腺癌精准诊疗的潜力。The early diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer has long been a major medical problem.Heat shock protein 90(HSP90)is a widely overexpressed biomarker in tumors.Sansalvamide A and its derivatives have anti-tumor activity and are inhibitors of HSP90.Early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer can be achieved after being labeled with positron radionuclides.Sansalvamide A and its derivatives have the potential for pancreatic cancer theranostics.
