摘  要:通过问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对甘肃省临夏回族自治州、甘南藏族自治州农村中小学体育与健康课程实施的现状进行调查研究.结果表明:场地器械严重不足,健康课程落实不力,组织教法死板硬套,教学评价形式单一,师资能力相对滞后,地方资源利用不高,校本课程开发欠缺等问题突出,严重阻碍体育与健康课程的实施.由此提出对策:建议提高校舍场地建设,促进健康课程落实,改变组织教法,改善教学评价形式,提升师资能力,拓展地方资源,强化校本课程.Through questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other methods,the present situation of physical education and health curriculum implementation in rural primary and secondary schools in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture and Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province is investigated.The results show that the implementation of physical education and health curriculum is severely hindered by serious shortage of venue equipment,ineffective implementation of health curriculum,rigid organization and teaching method,single form of teaching evaluation,relatively backward teacher ability,low utilization of local resources,and lack of school-based curriculum development.Based on this,countermeasures are proposed:linking schools and enterprises to improve the construction of school buildings and venues,promoting the implementation of health curriculum by classroom supervision,inspiring thinking to change the organization teaching method,implementing curriculum reform to improve single evaluation,strengthening training to improve teachers’ability,exchanging talents to expand local resources and standardizing content to strengthen school-based curriculum.
