摘 要:目的探讨导师指导结合小组积分制模式在驻点教学管理中的效果。方法选取我院2019级、2020级两届护理本科驻点班,共63名护生作为研究对象。其中2019级27名护生为对照组采用传统驻点教学管理模式,2020级36名护生为试验组采用导师指导结合小组积分制模式进行管理,比较两组的理论成绩、教学质量和平时成绩。结果试验组的妇产科护理学、内科护理学和外科护理学期末统考成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.01),试验组的教学态度、教学内容、教学方法、教学手段、教学效果总分明显高于对照组(P<0.01),试验组的平时成绩和学习表现均优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论导师指导结合小组积分制模式可以有效提升学生的学习热情、改善学习态度、提高课堂教学质量,可用于驻点教学管理。Objective To explore the effect of combining tutor guidance with group point system in resident teach⁃ing management Method A total of 63 nursing students from two undergraduate nursing residency classes in our hospital,class 2019 and 2020,were selected as the research subjects.Among them,the control group consisted of 27 nursing students in class 2019,and the experimental group consisted of 36 nursing students in class 2020.The management model was guided by tutors and combined with a group point system.The theoretical performance,teaching quality,and daily performance of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the scores of the final unified exams of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing,Internal Medicine Nursing,and Surgical Nursing in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total scores of teaching attitude,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching effectiveness,and teaching quality in the experi⁃mental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The daily performance and aca⁃demic performance of the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the dif⁃ference was statistically significant.Conclusion The combination of tutor guidance and group point system can ef⁃fectively enhance students'learning enthusiasm,improve learning attitudes,and improve the quality of classroom teaching,which can be used for resident teaching management.
