摘 要:目的了解2017-2021年辽宁省市售食品中沙门菌的污染状况、血清型分布、PFGE分子分型特征及耐药特点,为沙门菌感染引起的疾病溯源工作提供科学依据。方法依据GB4789.4-2016《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验沙门菌检验》检验方法对收集的样品进行检测及生化实验鉴定,采用玻片凝集法进行血清学实验,利用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)方法对分离到的菌株进行分子分型,使用BioNumerics 7.6软件对PFGE图谱进行聚类分析,采用微量肉汤稀释法进行药物敏感性实验。结果89株沙门菌包含32种血清型,以肠炎沙门菌为主;经XbaⅠ酶切分为81种带型,同源性为47.4%~100%。同一血清型菌株的PFGE带型相似度较高,且出现成簇现象。药物敏感性分析中,89株沙门菌对萘啶酸(NAL)的耐药率最高,为52.8%(47/89),共发现有35种多重耐药谱,多重耐药率为43.8%(39/89)。结论辽宁省食品中沙门菌血清型呈现出多样化趋势,不常见血清型较多,PFGE指纹图谱呈多样性,整体耐药水平较高,多重耐药情况严重,应尽快建立高效的管控机制,加强耐药性监测,避免滥用抗生素。This study was aimed at investigating the serotypes,PFGE molecular typing and drug resistance of Salmonella in food sold in Liaoning Province in 2017-2021,to provide scientific research data for tracing diseases caused by Salmonella.The collected samples were detected,and biochemical tests were performed according to GB4789.4-2016,National Standard Food Microbiology for Food Safety:Examination of Salmonella.Serological tests were performed through slide agglutination,the isolates were typed with PFGE,the PFGE profiles were analyzed in BioNumerics 7.6 software,and drug sensitivity testingwas performed with the micro broth dilution method.A total of 89 Salmonella strains were classified into 32 serotypes,most of which were Salmonella enteritidis:89 Salmonella strains were subtyped into 81 PFGE patterns according to XbaⅠdigestion,and the sequence identity ranged from 47.4%to 100%.The PFGE bands of the same serotype were similar and clustered together.In a drug sensitivity study,89 strains of Salmonella isolates showed 52.8%resistance to nalidixic acid(Nal).Thirty five types of multi-drug resistance were found,and the multi-drug resistance rate reached 43.8%(39/89).The distribution of Salmonella serotypes in food in Liaoning Province showed diversity and many uncommon serotypes;PFGE fingerprinting indicateddiversity;the overall drug resistance level was high;and the multi-drug resistancewasserious.Therefore,an effective control mechanism should be established as soon as possible,to strengthen the monitoring of drug resistance and avoid excessive antibiotic use.
