摘  要:对杰出科学家个体科研生涯研究能够为青年人才培养、科技政策制定等提供指导意义。本研究利用文献计量的分析方法,对2023年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖得主卡塔琳·考里科(Katalin Karikó)和德鲁·韦斯曼(Drew Weissman)进行了深入分析,包括二人的整体科研生涯发展路径、主要合作的国家或地区、研究机构、主要合作者和研究主题等,同时对二人共同合作期间的主要研究内容进行了梳理。分析可知考里科的研究主要集中在mRNA领域,发表的论文数量和合作机构少且集中,韦斯曼作为拥有自己实验室的独立PI,研究主题、发表论文数量及合作机构等均显著高于考里科。二人之间因为共同对科研的追求而开展的长达二十多年的合作,最终促成了mRNA新冠疫苗的成功研发,挽救了无数生命。研究结果对关注科学家群体困境、如何激发科技创新具有参考价值。The analysis of the research career of an individual outstanding scientist is valuable for the cultivation of outstanding talents and decision-making for new technology policy in the future.This paper analyzed the research career developments,collaboration,terms of output of Katalin Karikóand Drew Weissman,who were awarded the 2023 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine.The results show that Katalin Karikówas a great scientist who had a chequered career but was able to stick to her passion for mRNA research.Drew Weissman was an outstanding scientific collaborator with partners all over the world,at the same time he was a highly productive scholar with several highquality papers.There were more than two decades of cooperation between them in the mRNA research,finally they successful developed the mRNA vaccine,saving countless lives.The studies of the publications and scientific career of outstanding scientists,provided great value to the cultivation of young innovative talents in the future.
